Your Choice of Estate Agent Key Cabinets

Businesses that need to secure, store, and organise keys for properties face the difficulty of storing keys and large bunches. This might be the case for:

  • Estate agents

  • Letting agencies

  • Facilities management companies

Our range of high capacity floor key cabinets store a mixture of bunches of keys, as well as 1-2 keys per hook. Other cabinets in our collection provide hooks that are both longer and placed wider apart from standard key cabinets, making them the ideal solution for a large number of key bunches.

Budget & Premium Options Available

Our property management key cabinets range in price from around £148 to £2,280. So whether you’re looking for a budget solution before you can make a long-term security investment, or you’re interested in a premium cabinet that will stand the test of time, there’s a range of options for you to choose from at Safe Options.

Automatic closing key cabinets

At Safe Options, we offer property key storage cabinets that will automatically close when the door is released, meaning your keys are always secure. Our automatic close cabinets use a simple mechanical sprung clasp, as well as a secure, reliable slam shut lock to ensure maximum security. We offer three lock options: two mechanical push-button combination locks (available with or without a key override for emergency access) and a more advanced electronic digital lock.

Large capacity property key cabinets

Keysecure offers a range of five large-capacity key storage cabinets designed for property companies managing high volumes of keys. The range includes 300, 400, and 500 hook models, each capable of holding up to 300, 400, or 500 large bunches of keys using double-spaced, long key hooks. For even greater capacity, there are 1000 and 1500 hook models, which use standard-sized hooks and spacing, allowing you to store approximately 2-3 keys per hook. Each cabinet is designed to be floor-standing, making them ideal for high-capacity, professional environments.

Keyview window property key cabinets

Designed with visibility in mind, each model from our Keysecure Window Key View cabinet collection features a secure perspex viewing window, allowing you to check key availability without unlocking the door. Most models are configured to store 2–3 keys per hook, but options with key bunch hooks are also available for larger sets of keys.

Property Management Key Cabinets FAQs

  • What’s The Difference Between a Key Cabinet and a Key Safe?

The main difference between a key cabinet and a key safe is that they both have different purposes and capacity levels. Key cabinets are built to store and organise multiple keys in one secure location. Usually, they are stored indoors in offices, making them easily accessible for property managers that need to manage and oversee multiple pairs of keys.

Meanwhile, key safes are ideal for sharing keys internally. These are usually stored outdoors and are accessible via a code or pin, and are therefore perfect for sharing keys with visitors and guests (e.g. they’re ideal for holiday lets).

  • How Many Keys Can a Key Cabinet Hold?

How many keys your key cabinet can hold will depend on the size of the one you purchase. Typically, smaller cabinets will hold around 20-50 keys, whereas larger models can store upwards of 1,500 keys.

At Safe Options, we have a versatile range of key cabinets, with smaller models providing space for 20-50 keys, whereas our largest models offer room for 1500 keys.
