This means those in charge can retrieve their chosen key by inserting their own Personal Key Access Peg into the board to release the key and their Key Access Peg is retained in the board until the key is returned. 
This gives you the peace of mind knowing that accountability can be held for every key in your possession, with it detailing who has a key at any given time.

The lock will also keep track on who opened it and when it was opened, keeping this information stored through an app.

The simple Peg-in,Peg-out board solution for managing keys is designed to prevent the loss and unauthorised access to your keys. If you issue all your authorised users with personalised “access pegs” will ensure that when a set of keys is removed from the cabinet, the exact identity of the person who removed them is obvious immediately. Each Peg-in, Peg-out board is supplied with a complete set of Retention Pegs, seal cutters and a number of Access pegs (dependent on board size). To operate one just enters the Access peg into the desired numbered hole to release the retention peg with your chosen key.
