Key lock box for outside

Outdoor key boxes are now widely used for emergency access if you have mislaid your keys, to allow access by health workers, for access for your children and for use in holiday homes and cottages to allow remote access. There is a wide range of key boxes available - some that are LPS1175 Security Rated and therefore have Police approval while for those that do not require such security outdoor key safes are available to suit all pockets and are simple to install and with varying key capacities.

Master Lock key safes

Master Lock offer the widest range of key boxes to hold 1-5 keys that can be used outside a building. They are weather resistant and Master Lock offer a lifetime warranty. The Master Lock range includes either 4 wheel tumbler combination locking key safes or mechanical digital push button ve5rsions. All can be easily reprogrammed. Choose from small lightweight versions such as the Master Lock 5401D, Extra large capacity key safes such as the Master Lock 5481D, Key safes with an LED illuminated keypad such as the Master Lock 5425 or the Master Lock 5426 large high security insurance approved key safe. Safe Options can deliver these key safes in usually 1-2 days. Master Lock also manufacture a range of key locking safes for the home and business.

Push button key boxes

Push button key boxes are the easiest outdoor key boxes to use and and because you can choose from 4-6 digits for your pin code, which automatically resets when the door is closed, security is improved. The pin code can be changed as often as you wish and you have a choice of four Police and Insurance approved models such as the Keyguard Digital XL, the Supra C500 pro Keysafe and the Master Lock 5426 as well as a wide range of key safes with illuminated keypads or the Lockey key boxes which if fitted to a door are disguised as digital door locks.

Weatherproof key boxes

Outdoor key safes are designed to be weather resistant and this is achieved by utilising materials that will not corrode and with full or partial weatherproof covers to ensure water cannoit penetrate the locking merchanism. The Keyguard Digital XL key box has a full water tight cover Remember to always replace the weatherproof cover after use to ensure the longevity of your key box.
